How do I place an ad?
- Register: Customers who wish to sell their cars, car parts and related items on Pomona Classifieds must first setup an account.
- Confirm email: You will receive a confirmation e-mail (which will be immediate) to the e-mail address you provide. Click the authorization link provided in your e-mail.
- Login: Type your user name and password that you created in the boxes. Once logged in, you are ready to place an ad.
- Place a New Ad: This includes: Ad Package, Title, Description, Price & Photos.
- Select Ad Package: We offer 4 different ad packages to fit your budget: Free, $10, $25 & $75. Click here to view ad packages.
- Title: We suggest using year, make & model. ( 1966 Chevelle Malibu )
- Description: Explain your car or part with as much information as needed and asking price.
- Photos: Choose good pictures showing off your car or part. To do this you will browse your computer to locate your photos.
- Pay: We accept Visa and MasterCard only. If you choose the "Free" ad package, you will not be asked to pay.
- Final Approval: Review the transaction totals to ensure price accuracy, and then click "Complete Transaction". Congratulations! Our professional customer service team will review your ad to ensure that it is auto related. As soon as we approve your ad, you will receive verification via email.
How long before my ads are visible on Pomona Classifieds?
Your ad will be live by next business day or sooner, depending on the time of day you place your ad.
Can I edit my ad?
Yes, simply login, select "my active ads" and choose your ad that needs to be edited.
My car SOLD, how do I remove it?
Login to your account, select "My Active Ads" and select "SOLD" next to your ad that sold.
My Credit Card was not approved, why?
The name and billing address associated with the credit card being used must match the name and address of your Pomona Classifieds account. Double check the name on your card, billing address of the card holder, security code and credit card number. Authorize.Net will match this information against the actual card holder's information. These security measures are in place for your protection.
How do I know if my registration was completed correctly?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after you have registered. If you do not see it in your email inbox, please check your spam or junk e-mail box.
Why should I register on PomonaClassifieds.com?
Most of the features on PomonaClassifieds.com can be browsed by anyone, but you will need to register if you are interested posting an ad.
